Bliss welbox - does it work?

$1,500 dollars and I bought it. You must think I'm crazy, but I'm really just desperate. Of course it's not all my money. I'm actually sharing this with a few people so it's not too bad. Hey, if it works we can all use it. This is how they advertise it on the Bliss website:
"THE #1 CELLULITE TREATMENT WORLDWIDE!

What uses the same technology as top spas to curb cottage cheese and fab-up flagging faces and is making headlines from Manhattan to Monaco?

Wellbox—the only at-home dimple dashing device to use tissular therapy—delivers visible results in just 6-8 weeks.

•Rejuvenates healthy blood circulation
•Boosts cleansing process as it flushes out toxins
•Equipped with motorized rollers that lift and firm the skin from head to toe
•Exercises, repairs and conditions the skin"
I just bought this two days ago and am taking it for a test run. So far it just seems to massage my excess fat. I can't see any improvement yet but it was only been two days. I'll tell you how it goes and report any improvements weekly. I hope to have good news to tell.

Bliss fatgirlslim, fatgirlsleep and fatgirlscrub

$95.00 for a set of three from Bliss and includes fatgirlslim, fatgirlsleep, fatgirlscrub

I have been using bliss products for over a year now and I have to say that their products work. They're supposed to make cellulite less visible and in a way make your skin look firmer. Wait, read on before running to buy them. These things are costly, and if you use them everyday as instructed, they will only last you about a month. And only if you use them regularly will they work. If you use them religiously, you'll need to buy a few sets. I'll tell you exactly how I used these products and how well they worked for me.

For the entire month of January and some of February, I used fatgirlslim, fatgirlsleep and fatgirlscrub everyday. I used fatgirlslim twice a day after showering or whenever I needed some moisturizing. It does do a good job of moisturizing, but that's not the reason to use this overpriced item. I use fatgirlscrub every time I showered and I used fatgirlsleep before going to bed.

The scrub is nice to use for scrubbing, but I really don't think it is too effective. It does what any body scrub can do for you. A lot of scrubbing and massaging with exfoliate your skin and will help with cellulite very little. If you have another body scrub that is more cost efficient that you like, I would recommend you use that instead.

The fatgirlslim is creamy and thick. I like the warm sensation it gives when I apply it to my midsection buttocks. Sometimes I apply it over my whole body. I always feel like it works every time I apply it. Placebo much?

The fatgirlsleep is really nice to use before bedtime. I massage my cellulite for 5 minutes as I apply it. It gives me a good night sleep to know that I'm doing something, anything that may slightly improve my cellulite.

After two weeks of religious application of this stuff, I noticed a subtle difference. I did not change my eating or exercising habit. The only difference is the application of the stuff and the slight massaging I do while applying the creams. The cellulite appeared less noticeable and how should I say this, less "bunched up." My skin appeared smoother to a small extent. I really was beginning to believe. I still thought it may have been the placebo effect, but my mother noticed a difference as well.

After four weeks, I noticed a larger difference. Although it does absolutely nothing to fight fat or tone, it tightened my skin where the elasticity had failed. You see, I have jiggly skin where I have cellulite and those parts are very much improved. I can still see the cellulite, but not as clearly as before. Only when I actually look at the cellulite do I see it. I'm almost positive my friends do not notice the cellulite now if they just look at my arms or thighs. The skin is not extremely tightened, but enough that I don't have bat wings anymore.

I ran out of the stuff after six weeks. By then, it was not much different than the fourth week. Perhaps it improved a little since, but not anything I can notice. I decided that I was happy with my result for now so I didn't order any new shipment.

Two weeks after having stopped using it, I notice that my skin was once again beginning to return to its old self. My cellulite seemed to stay unnoticeable, but my skin was becoming less firm. After about a month, my cellulite was nearly as bad as it used to be. I was so disappointed!

Overall, if you are going to use this stuff, then keep on using it or it will go back to the way it was. This is not a permanent fix. Maybe if you are working towards a good beach body or a good prom body or something, use this. If not, don't waste your money. Also, it may be effective if you exercise a lot and need to keep toned skin and you are toning your body. I am not sure because I haven't tried that. Good luck!

Note: I don't have the pinkish red kind of cellulite. I have those white lines and seem to sink into your skin. Yes, those darn permanent looking scar-like things.

Orgasm: NARS Blush vs The Multiple

$26.00 - 0.16oz
NARS: Blush in Orgasm (peachy pink shimmer)

You've all heard of it if not tried it. This blush comes in many other colors, but this peachy pink shimmer is my absolute favorite. For me, it creates an "orgasmic" blush with a very slight shimmer, perfect for all seasons. It's a little pricey, but totally worth the money. The color may not be for everyone, so make sure you stop by your local Sephora for a test run.

$38.00 - 0.5 oz
NARS: The Multiple in Orgasm (peachy pink shimmer)

This is basically a blush stick that looks very much like a lip stick. Don't be fooled though, it is best to use it solely as a blush because that is all it is. As with a blush, you can use it to highlight your cheeks and eyes. It's not a simple swipe it and go stick, however. Remember that you will still need to blend the color onto your cheek with a sponge or your hands. Since it's a little creamier than your regular blush, most brushes won't blend this very well.

Personally, I would stick with the regular blush. I prefer doing sweeping motions with my blush brush to blend and highlight my cheeks. I like the color of this though. Orgasm, the peachy pink color, is very flattering for most skin types. For $38 and 0.5 oz, it is a better deal than the regular size blush sold by NARS. If you're a fan of the color, you'll get this one so you can use it everyday without spending tons of money. If you just want the color from time to time, I recommend you getting the regular blush.

Urban Decay Primer Potions

I'm an eyeshadow primer junkie, so I bought all three primer potions from Urban Decay. They're all creamy and crease resistant. I really can't stand my eyeshadow going on without primer now. They're $18 for 0.38 oz and lasts me more than a month each. I absolutely love, love these primers.

Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Sin (shimmering champagne)

Don't use this under a light eyeshadow, because it's a little too shimmery. A little goes a long way, so be sure to take only a small dab. Personally, this is my least favorite of the three. The color appears light and is overpowered by the shimmer.

Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Eden (matte nude)

It sure is matte, but it is not nude. It comes off a little yellow and cakey at times. Not my favorite, but it does its job. I just pile colors on and everything looks lively and accentuated.

Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original

This is still by far my favorite primer. It serves its purpose as a primer without all the shimmer and color. It makes my makeup look bright and vibrant like it's meant to look. Thank you, Urban Decay!
